When ordering goods, select the nearest DPD parcel self-service terminal.
When the shipment is delivered to the terminal of your choice, you will receive codes to pick up the shipment via SMS.
The shipment must be picked up from the terminal within 72 hours of receiving the SMS.

Return of the item

You can return an item purchased online within 30 days from the receipt of the product. You can return all goods purchased in the I.S.Wear e-shop, except for underwear, socks and reusable masks.
